Overview
Four private days in Cairo and Giza: the pyramids and Sphinx, the Grand Egyptian Museum, the Citadel, Coptic Cairo and an evening in Khan el-Khalili, all with an Egyptologist guide.
This is Cairo at a comfortable pace, with nobody else on your tour. Your own Egyptologist guide and an air-conditioned car are with you for every visit, and our team meets you at the airport and sees you off at the end, so the only thing to think about is what you'd like to look at next.
The first full day belongs to Giza. You walk around the Great Pyramid and its neighbours, stand in front of the Sphinx and step into the granite halls of the Valley Temple, then spend the afternoon at the Grand Egyptian Museum, a few minutes away on the edge of the plateau. A camel ride beside the pyramids is there if you want it.
Day three moves into the city: the old Egyptian Museum on Tahrir Square, the Citadel of Saladin with the domes of the Mohamed Ali Mosque, and the narrow lanes and churches of Coptic Cairo. In the evening you wander Khan el-Khalili, where coppersmiths, spice sellers and old coffee houses carry on long after dark.

Day 1
Arrival in Cairo
Our representative meets you at Cairo International Airport and drives you to your hotel. In the evening, a welcome dinner with a short briefing on the days ahead. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 2
Giza: pyramids, Sphinx & Grand Egyptian Museum
A full day with your guide on the Giza plateau: the Great Pyramids, the Sphinx and the Valley Temple. The afternoon is for the Grand Egyptian Museum, close by in Giza, with the option of a camel ride around the pyramids. Overnight in Cairo.

Egyptian Museum, Citadel & Coptic Cairo
Start at the Egyptian Museum on Tahrir Square, then drive up to the Citadel of Saladin and the Mohamed Ali Mosque. After the Coptic quarter, finish with an evening stroll through Khan el-Khalili bazaar. Overnight in Cairo.

Free morning → departure
Breakfast at the hotel and free time for last-minute shopping. Your private transfer then takes you to Cairo International Airport for your flight home.
