7 days or more before departure
Free cancellation. Your deposit is refunded in full to your original payment method.
3 to 6 days before departure
50% of the deposit is refunded, or you can move your booking to another date for free.
Less than 3 days before departure or no-show
The deposit is non-refundable, but you can still move your booking to another date within 6 months.
Cancellations by us
If we cancel because of weather, safety or park closures, you receive a full refund or a free date change — your choice.
