Your booking
A booking is confirmed once the deposit shown at checkout is received. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking reference. The lead traveller must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for all guests on the booking.
Prices and payment
Prices are per person and include everything listed under "What's included" for each tour. The deposit is paid online by card or wallet through Paymob; the balance is paid in cash on the day of departure in EGP, USD or EUR.
Changes by you
You can change your date free of charge up to 7 days before departure, subject to availability. Contact us on WhatsApp or email with your booking reference.
Changes by us
Desert travel depends on weather and park regulations. If conditions are unsafe we may change the route, the camp location or the date. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund of everything paid.
Health and safety
Please tell us about medical conditions, pregnancy or mobility needs when booking. Guests must follow the guide's safety instructions at all times. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Liability
Egypt Fun Tours acts with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our control, such as extreme weather, road closures or government action.
