What we collect
When you book or contact us we collect your name, email, phone number, country, pickup address and any notes you share, so we can run your trip.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Paymob. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
We use your details to confirm and operate your trip, to contact you about it, and — only if you subscribe — to send occasional offers. We never sell your data.
Retention
Booking records are kept for as long as required by Egyptian tax law. You can ask us to delete any other personal data at any time.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it by emailing us. We will reply within 30 days.
